Jon was an outstanding home inspector. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, carefully examining every aspect of the house we were considering purchasing. As a great communicator, he clearly explained what he was inspecting, why it mattered, and whether any issues warranted concern.
His report was exceptionally detailed, packed with well-organized photos, each one thoughtfully annotated with arrows, highlights, and other visual markers to clearly illustrate his findings. In several cases, he even included helpful diagrams showing how components should ideally appear. Price was more than fair.

I recently worked with Jon for my new home inspection. Jon is very nice and he was very patient to walk through with me one area to another. He explained important things to me about what to pay attention in the future and what I should do for maintain in the future. He was very careful when we were at electrical parts. Jon was exceptional. Very detail oriented and helpful. He is able explain what is wrong and why it should be fixed in a manner that is easy to understand. I will recommend Jon to everyone. I wouldn't necessarily use the one your realtor recommends as they have a financial interest in the closing and the inspection may "get in the way". A house is a big investment and you need a truly independent party so call Jon.
